The Kensington & Chelsea Local Involvement Network (K&C LINk for short) is a free independent network, open to local individuals, organisations and groups that want to have their say and improve health and social care services. Join us now to work with 700 fellow K&C residents to make sure there is no decision about you, without you!!
We have specialist groups looking at services for people with mental health needs, older people, disabled people and people affected by cancer that meet every two months. We also carry out research on local community concerns in relation to health and social care including training local residents as dignity champions and cancer screening ambassadors
We have a statutory remit under the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act:
To write reports and make recommendations to commissioners
To expect a response from commissioners within twenty working days and
To enter and view certain health and social care services.
See rbkclink.org or facebook.com/rbkclink for further information
