We are currently recruiting Healthy Homes Ambassadors - people who work within their local community (from a block, to a street, to a neighbourhood) to identify the most vulnerable residents and help ensure they are keeping safe and warm.
Some people may not be able to get out and about because of ice and snow, they may have had an accident or be taken ill, their homes may be in a poor condition or they may be really worried about their heating bills.

For those of us captivated by Wind in the Willows when we were children ‘messing about on boats’ may be a natural longing for adventure and well past our youth I’m sure.
Picture my face then when a long time friend from Wales recently moved to London and bought a narrow boat or canal boat to live in (though not called a long boat I’m told as this has something to do with Vikings!).
The boat is normally moored in the canal at Northfields, but…Continue

Imagine my delight today then at discovering an oasis of calm on our doorsteps. Encouraged by the sunlight, I decided to eat lunch outdoors. Where better I thought…Continue
